English actress Freema Agyeman of Iranian and Ghanaian descent appeared on "The 2007 National Televison Awards" where she picked up an award for her role as medical student Martha Jones on popular BBC show, "Doctor Who".
Freema Agyeman wore a royal blue Alberta Ferretti with gold Sergio Rossi heels. Pictured with Freema is her co-star David Tennant. Agyeman and Tennant were awarded for “Most Popular Drama".

Another lovely British talent that Hollywood will buy & sell... not for lack of native talent (or yes?), but because it can't stand the competition. She'll be nasalling "Like, you know" in no time. And the UK will be that much poorer, more "foreign" to unexposed Americans. Sad.
