NEFERTITI BUST & NAIJA 2007 ELECTIONS
Egypt and Germany are fighting over the bust of Nefertiti. The bust of Queen Nefertiti* of Egypt is seen at Berlin's Museum Island's Old Museum in 2005. Egypt on Sunday threatened to ban future displays of its ancient artifacts in Germany if Berlin refuses to return a 3,400-year-old bust of Queen Nefertiti for a temporary exhibition. According to several media sources the elections in Nigeria is turning deadly. Elections posters of presidential candidate and Nigeria's Vice-President Atiku Abubakar are seen on a wall in Lagos, April 16, 2007. The Nigerian Supreme Court ruled on Monday that the official electoral body cannot disqualify candidates, clearing the way for a late bid by Abubakar in Saturday's presidential election.
