Part Two finds Liya juggling her celebrity status with her charity work.

Part Three disovers Liya talking candidly about her self-titled foundation as well as the historical Vanity Fair Africa cover spread. Liya, in this final piece, invites CNN cameras to her daily grind as one of the world's known supermodels.

The Liya Kebede Foundation focuses on maternal and newborn health in the developing world. Read more on Liya's humanitarian efforts over at CNN.
